Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges

For all purchases, we require that the customer contact us within thirty (30) days of receipt of the product in order to qualify for a refund or exchange. Capital Botanicals does not assume responsibility for return shipping costs on any merchandise.

All return requests must be accompanied by the original product in unopened and untampered condition in order for the customer to qualify for a refund or exchange.

NOTICE: All Capital Botanicals kratom products are packaged in heat-sealed bags. This seal cannot be broken for a product to qualify for a refund or exchange. The Capital Botanicals does not offer refunds on opened products. All refunds/exchanges are subject to review, provided at the discretion of The Capital Botanicals. The Capital Botanicals reserves the right to deny an exchange upon inspection of any returned merchandise.
